As a previous college athlete and current health nut, my life is centered around movement and exercise. I began my journey studying the human body in a pretty random anatomy class in high school and fell in love. From there I went on to study Exercise & Sport Science (better known as "Kinesiology") under a Physical Therapy Track at The University of Alabama, "Roll Tide." I’ve worked and studied under Physical Therapists in both pediatric & geriatric care, post-operative therapy, pain management, postural alignment, & gait assessment style therapies, and continue to study Postural Restoration ® techniques. I earned my Massage Therapy Degree from Advanced Fuller School of Massage here in the Beach and hold my License through the VA Board of Nursing. As a Massage Therapist & Instructor, I am committed to continuing education to ensure you receive the most effective and evidence-based treatments available.
